How To Integrate ClickFunnels With HubSpot

What You Need

  1. A ClickFunnels account
  2. A HubSpot account
  3. HubSpot API Key

Note: You need to source your HubSpot API key from your HubSpot account to be able to integrate it with ClickFunnels. Your API key facilitates the connection and enables the transfer of contacts. Retrieving your API key is a simple process. You need to copy and paste it somewhere safe for easy retrieval.

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account. Select account from the top right of the dashboard
  2. Click on integrations displayed on the drop down menu
  3. Click on the HubSpot API key option to go to the API key page
  4. Click Display Key to display it
  5. Copy the key and paste it on the ClickFunnels API key entry

Integrate ClickFunnels With HubSpot

1. Log in to your ClickFunnels Account and navigate to the profile section represented by your avatar image on the top right. Click on Account Settings

2. On the new web page, Click on Integrations in the sidebar menu located on the left side as shown below.

3. Click on Add New Integration

4. You will be directed to a new web page titled Add New Integrations. You can search for HubSpot API by typing HubSpot API in the search bar and HubSpot API will show up in the search results. Alternatively you can scroll down in the list of integrations and select HubSpot API as shown below.

5. On the new page, you have the freedom to give any name to your HubSpot API according to your preferences by typing in any name in the Integration Nickname section. You are also required to paste your API key that you copy from your HubSpot account.

6. Click on Connect Integration

7. A HubSpot log in page will show up if you had not logged in already. If you are logged in to HubSpot at the same time you will be directed to a consent page to allow ClickFunnels to access and modify information in your HubSpot account.

8. Click Allow on the prompt asking you to grant ClickFunnels permission to access your HubSpot Account. You have now successfully integrated your HubSpot account with your ClickFunnels account.
