Build a Funnel
To start building one, just go to your dashboard by logging in. Then, click on the green button that says Build Funnel.
After you click that, you need to choose your goal. As you can see on the screenshot below, there are three main goals. You can collect emails, sell a product, or host a webinar. You can even create a custom one if you want.
Once you have selected a goal, the next step is to choose the type of funnel you want. You need to name your funnel so you can easily remember what that campaign is for. Then, you have to select a tag, provided that you already made some tags before.
After, that, just click on Build Funnel and then you are ready to choose the template you want. You can preview the template if you want, so you can make a better choice.
After selecting the template, you can now edit the content by clicking on Edit Page.
This is where you will be taken to the actual page of your sales funnel, and then you can start dragging and dropping photos or adding sections to the page.
Highlighted in the screenshot above are the buttons that you must use to edit your funnel. Let us take a look at each one and explain what they are for:
- Pop-up – you can edit the pop-up settings with this button, and you can choose whether to show the pop-up or not. The pop-up shows an email subscription form, and you can edit the color, photos, and triggering factors from this setting.
- Sections, Rows, and Columns – this is how you can add columns and rows to your landing page. Use these new rows and columns to add photos or texts. The Rows and columns apply to the pop-up, while the Section s have something to do with the background of your sales landing page.
- Elements – click this button if you want to add headlines, sub-headlines, paragraphs, bulleted list, and so much more. You can change the distances and their widths ad height, plus you can also edit the text and photos.
The last step is to click on the Preview buttons to see your landing page on desktop or mobile versions.
So, is it easy to use?
The answer is a big YES! ClickFunnels is so easy to use because you can create funnels with the drag-and-drop feature. If you want to add a section, just click on that option and choose how you want it added. Choose if you want a full width, wide, medium or a small section. You can drag and drop the sections to move them around, and change their background colors and texts if you want to.
The second thing that makes it easy is that there are so many elements you can add on a section. These elements can be your call to action texts, sign-up forms, survey forms, shipping address forms, and so much more.
You can also add a pricing table if you want as an element, and all you need to do is to drag that element and edit the text.
Third, the landing pages can be edited separately between mobile and desktop view. What this means is that you can create a landing page or sales funnel on one dashboard, and then just toggle between mobile and desktop view, and then remove or add elements on each funnel type.
